We are back from Jersey! And what a great time we had! little recap..In one week we ate, watched movies, went to the jersey shore and walked on the beach, went to times square, saw a broadway show, watched a Hitchcock matinee on the big screen, had lunch with one of Caroline's best friends Joe in the village sitting next to Mike Myers!,sang silent night with candles lit at church, played with fire works at midnight in the driveway with Caroline's mom, dad and sister, drank champagne to toast in the New Year! went to see the delaware river where Washington crossed during the...       <description>Its hard to believe it was one week ago we were stuffing our faces around the Thanksgiving table! We had a lot to be thankful of this year! We drove to New Jersey on Tuesday night,kitty in tow! We only hit about 2 minutes of an ice storm in our rented Hyundai Accent!! Our car was PACKED full of laundry...and with the kitty we looked like we were moving in! Some highlites of the weekend were going to see Walk the Line...the new Johhny Cash movie..it was SOOO good...we also went to the great swamp to see an endangered bird exhibt...it was very cold but very fun walking through the swamp...       <description>So currently I am at work waiting for a meeting to start...and I went into the kitchen to make some hot chocolate out of this HUGE container we have in our office of swiss miss...and I found myself thinking about living in kc with Katie and how we pretty much lived on our crzy roomate Jean's hot cocoa...We would literally do hot cocoa fasts!and it made me miss the girls i lived with in kc...now don't get me wrong....i love being married...but i also miss all the whacky girls i lived with...Jean...who slept in a hammock and left really strange voice mail recording on the home phone so that...       <description>hey friends-haven't blogged in a while...Scott is out golfing with our friend rich today so i thought i would catch us all up...we are doing alrighty...excited to go home for Thanksgiving...I haven't really spent ANY extended time at home since last thanksgiving so it will be good to just hang out for a while.       <title>Sculpture Display</title>

      <description>	I had my first public sculpture display this weekend at a Cincinnati House of Prayer (CHOP) conference with Gary Wiens.  On Thursday morning I set it up.  Caroline found white specks on the front of the sculpture’s jacket.  It had only been up for 20 minuets and I did not know what was going on.  Then I thought it might be the light I had shinning on it, curing the fresh plaster.  I had not let the plaster dry enough before I painted it…whops!  So I brought it back out to the car and touched it up, and displayed it without a light.  At the end of the night it had some more white dots... (more)</description>

      <description>We had a Crazy weekend this week! I visited with a friend of mine from college(sort of)...Who has a VERY cute little girl almost the same age as our nephew judah...We spent the day and went out to lunch and talked and played...Sophia...my friend Cathy's daughter TERRORIZED our cat though...It was pretty funny...Saturday was Living Studios first open house!!!What is Living Studios some of you may be asking. It is the non profit scott and I are currently very involved in..It is in the start up phase right now but what it will be is a community arts center predominantly reaching the covington...       <description>Hello friends..Haven't blogged in a while...Things here in Northern Kentucky are good. Although it has gotten cold and grey in the past couple of days. We have been quite busy lately with work and our various activities. I got somewhat of a promotion at my job this past week. I will be working another 10 hours a week on the abstinence portion of the center. I will be getting pastors and youth pastors to partner with New Hope in learning how to teach sexual abistenance to young people in their churches. Pretty cool stuff...Most churches are so afraid to talk about this subject with their young... (more)</description>
